The high school’s varsity boys winter track team recently competed in the large school county championship, with many student-athletes displaying outstanding performances and breaking personal and school records. Senior Andrew Paules ran a personal best in the 3,200-meter with a time of 9:54.46, earning him third place in the county. Senior teammate Ty Carpinello broke his own previous school record in the triple jump with a distance of 43 feet, six inches, winning him the county title.
