The high school’s varsity girls tennis team recently finished another successful season, in which the Lions qualified for the Section XI team championships and five players were recognized on Nov. 6 at the Suffolk County Girls Tennis Coaches Association’s annual awards dinner. Leanna Paulsen was named All-County; Isabella Fortunato, Alexandra Michaluk and Marion Wegener were named All-League; and Nicole Lucas earned a Sportsmanship Award.
