A spooky success was in the cards for the high chool’s recent musical production of the “The Addams Family,” directed by Ryan Jensen over three performances this spring. The 2010 macabre musical comedy, written by Andrew Lippa, Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice, was based on the original cartoon characters created by Charles Addams.

The cast included stellar student performers A.J. Venezia as Gomez, Kylie Horan as Morticia, Mary Ellen Boucher as Wednesday, Sara Alvarado as Pugsley, Brian Parrett as Fester, Olivia Hargraves as Grandma, Bruce Konopa as Lurch, Jake Siffert as Lucas, Kathryn Paidoussis as Alice and Matthew Falkenmayer as Mal. The team also included pit orchestra director David Kaufman, musical director Melissa Senatore, set director Michael Taranto, costume director Elaine Longo and producer James Krais.

“We are so proud of all of the hard work that was put into this,” said Jensen. “Congratulations to the cast, crew, and pit on an amazing production!”
