Ten terrific high school band students – Bradynn Alessi, Kailyn Cornell, Shannon Edgley, Avery Lanzarotta, Christopher Palazzo, Stephen Petraglia, Michael Rabin, Anthony Shaw, Jake Turcios and Michael Woss – were recently selected to perform at the 62nd annual Mid-Island Band Festival at Hauppauge High School.
“These fine musicians endured 10 hours of rehearsals in order to present an impressive program of quality band literature,” said Eric Albinder, West Islip’s director of art and music education.
