On May 19, retired New York City fireman Matthew Komorowski spoke with Udall Road Middle School seventh grade students to discuss his experiences on 9/11. Mr. Komorowski was a first responder on that day and was in the North Tower when it collapsed. Mr. Komorowski’s visit to the students comes on the eve of the seventh grade trip to the Freedom Tower and the Intrepid. The students had an opportunity to hear his powerful presentation and ask questions.
