Udall Road Middle School held its third annual Wellness Day on May 28. Students spent the day engaged in a variety of mindfulness and teambuilding activities. Rotating through the different stations throughout the day, they engaged in mindfulness activities indoors. Outside, students tested their physical fitness and teambuilding skills by playing games together and engaging in a Zumba lesson. Paws of War brought a therapy dog to visit on the tennis court while students enjoyed a treat.
