The current events team dynasty at Udall continues, as confirmed with a string of recent accomplishments adding to top rankings for previous years. The school’s eighth-grade team came in first place in the nation, with team members Carter Rayburn and Ty Corbett earning individual second- and third-place national finishes, respectively. Udall’s seventh-grade team came in third place in the nation, with Giordana LaFemina earning an individual third-place national finish. The teams were guided by adviser Deborah Pulitano.
“Schools normally participate in four meets per year, but our students were able to accomplish this using the data from only three meets,” said Dr. Daniel Marquardt, Udall’s principal. “Congratulations to Ms. Pulitano and to her students for a job well done.”
