Suffolk County Legislator Steven J. Flotteron recently presented high school student Karina Vartanian with a Suffolk County proclamation to recognize her song, “Thank You for the Memories,” which Vartanian composed and recorded as a tribute to her school’s graduating seniors in the Class of 2020.
