West Islip High School teacher Brian Buonomo was recently honored at the Long Island Talent Pipeline Kickoff for his tireless efforts to introduce students to exciting careers in advanced manufacturing.

Through collaboration with business partners and local schools, Mr.  Buonomo has helped create opportunities for students to explore the field and has supported other schools looking to develop their own advanced manufacturing programs.

Congratulations Mr. Buonomo and thank you for being a great coach, mentor and champion for our students’ future!
